Team behind Mayfair-based restaurant plans Hackney pub opening

The team behind a Tokyo-based steak specialist restaurant business which opened a site in London’s Mayfair in October 2023, is planning to open a new concept based in a pub. J-Pub Holdings have lined up the Gun in Hackney as the first location.

Michael Penfold of AG&G brokered the deal on behalf of the former tenant and landlord with Nishan Bhaker of Sytality acting for J-Pub Holdings.
