Prezzo operator Brava to acquire Riding House Café

AG&G is pleased to have acted on Brava Hospitality Group's acquisition of the Riding House Café business, which includes its three Central London restaurants in Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury and Victoria. 

The acquisition represents a significant expansion of Brava Hospitality Group's hospitality portfolio, adding the well-established all-day dining concept to a group that also operates Prezzo Italian and Jamie's Italian (UK).

Riding House Café has built a strong reputation in the London dining market over through its distinctive neighbourhood restaurants and all-day dining offer. Brava and Riding House Café will work together to scale the business while protecting the character that has defined its 23-year legacy.
