Freehold Investment acquisition of Kilburn Bridge PH

AG&G has acted on the freehold investment purchase of 77 Kilburn High Road, currently trading as Kilburn Bridge PH (business unaffected).

The whole property is let to Ei Group Ltd operating under Stonegate’s Craft Union managed house concept. It was purchased off a guide price of £1,600,000 with a capital value of approximately £245 per sq ft.

Michael Penfold of AG&G acted for the purchaser with Jack Silvani of Portland Leisure Advisers acting for the vendor.
