PizzaExpress to make return to London’s Uxbridge as part of trio of openings at The Chimes shopping centre

PizzaExpress is to make its return to Uxbridge, west London. The company is opening at The Chimes shopping centre before Christmas. PizzaExpress previously operated a site in Uxbridge but it shut in 2020 along with 72 others as part of the brand’s company voluntary arrangement. Mexican restaurant brand Taco Bell is also set to open at the complex in December while, as previously reported, African restaurant concept Afrikana is also launching a site, which is expected to welcome customers in January. The trio are opening in the former Debenhams unit, which has been repurposed into a dining and leisure hub.
