K-Town BBQ line up Guildford restaurant opening

The operators of popular New Malden Korean barbecue restaurant, K-Town BBQ, have secured a new lease of the former Bulpan restaurant in Guildford on the High Street.

The venue provides approximately 140 covers over ground and first floors within an attractive building in a prominent Surrey high street location. The property was marketed with a guide rent of £100,000 per annum.
