Support the Cause land Dalston leasehold

The leasehold interest in the Marquis, Dalston has been sold for a six figure premium to independent late night operator, Support the Cause. The pub trades over ground floor with a dedicated basement night club space licensed until 1:40am. Support the Cause currently operate four sites including the Greyhound, Peckham which was also acquired via AG&G.

Michael Penfold of AG&G brokered the Dalston deal.
