Bow freehold pub sold to local operator

AG&G have acted on behalf of the vendor to sell the freehold interest in the Eleanor Arms, Bow. The pub was sold for in excess of the guide price of £1.25m following a competitive bidding situation.

The pub will reopen as an independent local following the sale. Michael Penfold of AG&G acted on behalf of the seller.
