AG&G secure freehold investment acquisition of iconic Balham pub

The freehold investment of the iconic Bedford, Balham has been acquired by a private investor at a purchase price of £6,050,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 5.26%.

The property includes a public house, boutique hotel and events space comprising over 21,000 sq ft. This landmark venue’s Club Room has been home to the likes of Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Eddie Izzard and Michael McIntyre.

AG&G acted on behalf of the purchaser with Portland Leisure Advisers acting for the vendor.
