Fromer Spanish Restaurant to transform into Italian casual dining eatery

The former Tapas Rooms, Peckham High Street has been acquired by a new Italian concept called ‘Tigella’.

Tigella is named after a speciality northern Italian, Emilia-Romagna bread that can be filled with both savoury and sweet fillings such as cured meats, cheeses, spreads and even burgers! 

Following a refurbishment, the business plans to launch in July 2023.

A new 10 year free-of-tie lease was granted on a ground floor and basement lock-up premises.

Panayiotis Themistocli of AG&G brokered the transaction, acting as the landlord’s sole letting agent, the tenant self-represented.
