Former JD Wetherspoons acquired near Hornsey/Crouch End, North London

A private pub investor and operator has acquired the Tollgate PH, Turnpike Lane, N8 with vacant possession. 

It lies within close proximity to Turnpike Lane Underground Station and in usual Wetherspoon style, had a decent fit-out, benefiting from a large open plan trading area as well as sizable upper parts and outdoor trade terrace.

The new owner plans to retain the ground floor pub business and is considering a residential development to the uppers.
