Alcohol Free Producer Lucky Saint Secures First Public House

AG&G are delighted to have secured a new tenant for The Masons Arms, a former London in Bloom Pub of the Year situated in a prominent corner position located between Oxford Circus and Regents Park. Lucky Saint, who produce award winning alcohol free beer, will be occupying the entire property and trading it as their first public house, with the new name The Lucky Saint. The pub is set to open in March 2023. This imposing four storey above basement roof terraced public house has been serving customers alcoholic beer since 1832 and the alcohol free specialist tenants have confirmed ‘’In the spirit of inclusivity, we will be serving the very best alcohol-free AND alcoholic drinks’’ Anthony Alder & Charlie Craig of AG&G acted for the Landlord.
