Investment purchase of the Northcote, Leytonstone

A private investor has acquired the freehold investment in the Northcote PH, Leytonstone. The building comprises the ground floor and basement pub with upper floor accommodation and a trade garden to the rear.

The property was acquired from Tavern Propco for an undisclosed sum reflecting a net initial yield of circa 4.10% with a passing rent of approximately £110,000 per annum.
