Dam Investments Ltd have acquired the freehold investment in the Lordship, East Dulwich. The property comprises a single let public house trading over ground and first floors with a rear trade garden. The basement includes a beer cellar and storage areas. The second floor comprises residential accommodation.

The property is let in its entirety to Ei Group Ltd on a full repairing and insuring lease providing 24 years unexpired. The passing rent is £75,000 pa, subject to five yearly open market rent reviews with the March 2021 review outstanding.
