Doghouse Pub Company secures Perry Hill site

AG&G is delighted to confirm they have now agreed a letting on the above property for a term of 15 years from November 2020. The Perry Hill is an extensive free of tie public house close to Catford and was available to let from 2019. Notwithstanding the vagaries of the market there was strong interest in this opportunity and the incoming tenant is the Doghouse Pub Company. Charlie Craig who handled the letting says: “this letting was not without its issues and clearly Covid-19 did not assist – however we are delighted to have secured Phil Sutton as a tenant for our client at a rent of £55,000 per annum and we have no doubt he will trade here very successfully”.
