AG&G goes with the flow with Wimbledon riverside letting

Leading property advisory firm AG&G has completed the letting of the William Morris pub and its adjoining former Mamma Rosa restaurant located riverside in London’s Wimbledon.

 

Acting on behalf of Office Estates Limited, landlord of Merton Abbey Mills, let the business to the tenant of the nearby Woodman pub in Wimbledon Park, which has recently been renovated and re-opened by developer Goldcrest Ltd.

 

The business, which overlooks the River Wandle, totals circa 6,600sq ft excluding the extensive garden area, and has an annual rent of £90,000.

 

The pub comprises a gross internal area of approximately 3,824sq ft, whilst the former restaurant has a gross internal area of circa 2,842 sq ft. There is an extensive external trading area overlooking the river.

 

At the same time, the business has planning consent for installation of microbrewery.
