Mosaic gets Misty over Bethnal Green deal

AG&G acted for Mosaic Pub and Dining, formerly known as City Pub EIS Fund, in the acquisition of its latest pub, its 18th and its third deal with the fast-growing operator in East London.

Mosaic completed on the lease for the Misty Moon, in Bethnal Green. Mosaic will fully refurbish the pub over the next five to six weeks, and plan to retain the character of the building while updating the offer and making the large back garden a major feature.

Passing rent of £100k per annum

Open until 12:30 am Sunday to Thursday and 1:30 am Friday and Saturday

Ground floor is circa 1,700 sq ft and site area is approx. 3,000 sq ft according to ProMap, with a nice trade garden to the rear

First floor has a trade kitchen and two bedrooms, second floor has a two-bedroom flat, basement has the usual cellarage/storage space
