Exmouth Market Continues to Shine

AG&G are delighted to have concluded the lease assignment acting on behalf of the administrator on the former Tommy’s Pork Store, Exmouth Market, London.  Exmouth Market has always been a popular destination for restaurateurs and the lease was assigned to Berber and Q for a premium exceeding the premium quoted of £150,000. 

The unit was sold as seen with the benefit of many of the fixtures and fittings on site.  The unit was let for a term of 15 years commencing 2013 at a passing rent of £50,000 per annum.  It provides almost 1,500 sq ft over three floors.
