Double Celebration - Rent Reduction for ETM Group

AG&G have recently acted for ETM Group on two of their rent reviews on the Hat & Tun, EC4 and White Swan, EC4.

In both cases the landlord was the Punch Pub Company. The Punch Pub Company Code of Practice states that they will consider both upward and downward rent reviews.

Anthony Alder of AG&G Chartered Surveyors, representing Ed and Tom Martin (ETM Group) was able to demonstrate in both cases that the level of rent reserved was excessive and reductions in rental value were secured in both cases.
