Fuel for expansion in west London

Food & Fuel have acquired their 13th premises in London – from the agency that sold them Front Page Pubs in 2007.

The gastropub and café bar group bought the Grosvenor in Oaklands Road, Ealing from Enterprise, against competitive bids from both operators and developers. The deal was brokered by AG&G.

“Despite being an established residential area, this part of Ealing is short on quality pubs and is set to benefit from future Crossrail Stations, so it’s the perfect place for one of Food & Fuel’s welcoming pubs with their great food offer,” says AG&G director David Gooderham.

The Grosvenor is an attractive, end of terrace building of two storeys over basement. It has a garden, substantial residential accommodation and a separate garage and outbuilding.
