Sizzling selection of Thai restaurants

Licensed leisure specialist AG&G is bringing a chain of three plush Thai restaurants to the market, currently trading under the name of Saran Rom.

The properties are located in the salubrious locations of Esther, Virginia Water and Fulham and are all fitted out to a very high standard. Anthony Alder, AG&G director marketing the sales observes: “The owners spent over £1 million refurbishing the Fulham restaurant and the décor really is amazing. These properties would suit another Thai operator or other restaurant business.”

The properties are all being offered as leasehold interests. The Esther and Virginia Water restaurants are priced at £175,000 each while the Fulham property is on the market for £1.25 million.
