Clubland is calling

New to the market with licensed leisure specialist AG&G is a cluster of late night bars. Two are located in Central London; the Orchid in Leicester Square and the Octave in Covent Garden and the third is the Blush Bar situated in Cheltenham. 

Each lease is operated under the same ownership. The venues are very well fitted out and AG&G director James Grimes says: “They are therefore excellent well-capitalised, turn key venues for operators wanting to pursue this line of business.” 

Cheltenham’s Blush Bar measures 7,115 sq ft and is one of the town’s few venues with a 4.30 am license. The vendor is seeking offers in excess of £175,000. 

The 9,000 sq ft Orchid is up for £500,000 and the 4,850 sq ft Octave is being offered at £250,000 for the leasehold interest.
